Hi, we're Tim & Tina and we welcome you to our Spanish golf apartment
We purchased our apartment "off-plan" as part of an investment/pension package in 2007. Due to a lot of hard work and determination, we feel extremely fortunate to have realised our dream of owning a holiday home in the sun, still only being in our mid 40's. Our long term plan is to eventually leave the UK and make Spain our home.
Having looked around numerous areas within the Costa Blanca region, we chose Villamartin for its excellent reputation and its abundance of Championship Golf courses. We felt the area would also be an ideal location for families due to Blue Flag beaches being only a 5 min drive away, not to mention its excellent road links to both Alicante and Murcia airports.
Villamartin has several supermarkets and many bars and restaurants for you to enjoy, and with the newly built La Fuente Commercial Centre just 500 metres away you will be spoilt for choice!
We have spent many trips, back and forth from the UK to Spain, to selectively furnish our apartment as we decided against the standard Furniture Package on offer, opting for a more individual "home from home" atmosphere. To ensure our apartment remains in its top-class condition, we have employed the services of a Property Management Company to oversee our investment.
We liaise closely with our Management Company in Spain who will accomodate most requests and includes:- car rental, airport meet and greet, transfers, large golfing parties, early or late arrivals, booking golf reservations, and even down to providing a welcome grocery pack to get you started.
This is not just an apartment we rent out , this is our holiday home too, so you can be safe in the knowledge you are booking a spotlessly clean, secure, first class accomodation with a Management Company (only 5 minutes away) on hand to provide any help, information or assistance should you require it during your stay.
Our website will be maintained, reviewed and regularly updated to ensure wherever possible the information and photographs are current and correct. We will be delighted to assist you with any questions or queries you may have.
