Please Note:
Prices listed above are for the apartment (not per person) and include utility bills and IVA.
Departure cleaning charge which includes linen:-
Up to 4 people - 50 euro
Over 4 people - 60 euro
payable to our Management Company on arrival.
A key/security deposit of 100 euro will be taken and held by our Management Company on arrival. You, as guests, will be requested to vacate the apartment 30 minutes prior to your departure time so that our Management Company can run through our inventory and reimburse your security/damage deposit accordingly prior to your departure.
If you require provisions on your arrival, please email or phone us with your list 5-7 days prior to your arrival date. We will then arrange for the items on your list to be left in the apartment for when you arrive. Our Management Company will provide you with a receipt for the goods. A 5 euro charge will be added for this service.
It is possible for us to accomodate a larger party by utilising our adjoining neighbour's apartment should this be requested. This will however depend upon availability.
